ELIZABETH JANET NEILL awarded an MBE
We are pleased to announce that our chairperson Elizabeth Janet Neill has been awarded an MBE in the New Year´s Honours list.
This is for saving the Library from closure in 1998 and promoting British culture since then.
She has received her award from Prince Charles in Buckingham Palace on May 11th 2011.

"Tuneful Tots" 2nd & 4th (and sometimes 5th Monday each month)

Help for Japan
After hearing at the Library of a desparate shortage for the babies in Japan the Library Volunteers bought and sent 301 nappies to Mr. Tomohiro Tanno at the Jikei-Kai Hospital in Aomori City, Japan
Relaxation and Yoga Classes
Tuesday evenings from 8pm till 9.15pm approx.
Wednesday mornings from 10am till 11.15am approx.
Deep relaxation, breathing techniques & yoga postures. No experience necessary.
