You have the option to renew your membership or make any online payments to the library using PayPal or bank transfer.
Please follow the instructions below, and if you have any questions, send an email to info@international-library.de or call us during our opening hours at 0211 836 8963.
Online payments could take up to 5 working days to be updated in the system, feel free to inform us of your online payment by writing to desk@international-library.de, and bring proof of payment with you when you next come in to the library.
We kindly request that you include full details and description in the reference line when making online payments so we can ensure our system is properly updated. E.g. membership renewal + full name of member + membership reference (from your library card), if possible.
Please click the link below to arrange a transfer via PayPal. You can also complete a bank transfer by selecting SEPA or use a debit/credit card.
To make an online membership renewal via your bank follow these steps:
Make a Bank Transfer to “International English Library”
On the memo line of the transfer, indicate that the payment is for “Your full name and membership number” - AS IT APPEARS ON YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD.
